My Noisy Friends :)

Blogging after a really loooooong time :) 

While going to school visit, the 1st day, the excitement was high !!!! Thought we would be the ones to be very excited.. But when we were put to a classroom to engage students, their excitement was thousand times more than ours!!! We were worried initially.. To add on, they do not talk in a normal tone!!! They scream and shout when they are talking.. I would have requested them numerous times to talk in a normal tone.. But I later understood that, they scream because, their voice has to be heard in that noise of classroom and hence stopped requesting them to talk in a normal tone :) 

Their noise was irritating at first, but later we learnt to handle them... We created a win-win situation.. They let us talk, we let them do what they want... the understanding and trust developed gradually between us…

I understood that, whatever students do, they are doing it to get attention from the teachers and us.. they expect respect, which when given a person can understand the capacity of students as they easily open up and talk without hesitation...

My Noisy Friends are Sweet and are UNDISCOVERED Rough Diamonds… there is a need to cut and polish those rough diamonds to give them a proper shape… I can bet my life on it -  THESE DIAMONDS WILL SHINE !!!

I hope we all contribute in discovering these diamonds and helping them shine!!!!! :)
